5 colour Komori Lithrone 540	700 x 1010 image size, markless transfer, infrared drying, alcohol dampening. With ACC for computerised colour control, faster make-ready and highest quality colour print results. Computerised job memory card, for exact colour matching on repeat jobs.


A3+SIZE	SMALL FORMAT

2 colour Heidleberg GTO 52	Late model, high quality small printing press 360x520 sheet size. Printing, numbering & perforating.



BINDING & FINISHING

HEIDELBERG CYLINDER	Used for knife-cutting, top-cutting, scoring, etc.


STAHL FOLDER	Super fast, late model for letter, zig zag, gate, concertina, folding etc.


OTHER EQUIPMENT	Single and multi-head drills, shrink wrapper and stitcher.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
	Here at Macdonald & Masterson we recycle most materials used in the printing process. All off-cut papers, printing plates, proofs, plastic waste, packaging, waste rags and chemicals are collected by accredited suppliers. We reduce our energy consumption with the assistance of natural lighting and ventilation and use economical halogen and fluorescent lighting throughout our factory. Our state-of-the-art computer to plate (CTP) machine uses liquids that are bio-degradable and produces recyclable plates. Our proofs are also recyclable. . . in fact we produce no plastic negatives or chemical proofs! Even our inks and varnishes are soy vegetable based.
